Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy governs how orders from muino.store are processed and delivered. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Processing may take longer during promotions or peak periods.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery within the United States is typically 5–9 business days after processing. All delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times depend on the carrier, destination, and factors outside our control.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for the first tracking update.
Carrier Delays
Once tendered to the carrier, delivery is outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, peak volume, mechanical or operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect may incur additional reshipment charges.
Lost Packages
If tracking confirms a package as lost in transit, contact support@muino.store. Upon verification we will assist with a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but reported not received are the responsibility of the carrier and the customer, though we will help you open a carrier investigation.
Damaged Deliveries
Inspect your order upon arrival. Report any damage within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For any order shipped outside the United States, the recipient is solely responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes levied by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and refused international shipments are non-refundable.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes or strikes, carrier or supplier failures, pandemics or epidemics, governmental actions, or infrastructure or utility failures.
