These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of muino.store and any purchase from Peluky. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.

Products, Descriptions & Pricing

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colors, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual appearance may vary. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel orders (including after confirmation), and limit quantities, in our sole discretion.

Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. A binding contract forms only upon our shipment confirmation.

Product Use & Health Disclaimer

Our products are consumer pet-grooming accessories and are not medical, therapeutic, or veterinary devices. Statements about results are not guarantees; results may vary and individual experiences differ. Always supervise your pet during grooming, follow the included instructions, and discontinue use if any irritation or discomfort occurs. Consult a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet's health. You assume all risk associated with use.

Intellectual Property

All site content — text, images, graphics, logos, and the Peluky name and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peluky and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration to the extent permitted by law.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
