Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases from Peluky at muino.store. Please read it carefully before ordering. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this policy.
Eligibility — 30-Day Window
You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery only where one of the following is verified:
- The item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect;
- You received the wrong item; or
- Your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier.
Inspection & Evidence Requirements
All claims are subject to inspection and verification. To be eligible you must, within 7 days of delivery, provide: your order number; clear photos and/or video of the item, the damage, and the shipping packaging/label; and any additional information we reasonably request. Claims without sufficient evidence, or submitted after the applicable window, may be denied.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address and for monitoring tracking. You must inspect your order promptly upon delivery. Claims arising from an incorrect address you provided, failure to retrieve a delivered package, or refusal of delivery are not eligible for refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
To protect against fraud and abuse, refunds are not available for: change of mind or "buyer's remorse" on items delivered as described and in working order; items that have been used beyond reasonable inspection, altered, or intentionally damaged; minor variations in color, finish, or appearance consistent with product photos and normal manufacturing tolerances; delays or issues caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or events beyond our control; incorrect address entry; and unauthorized returns. Results and individual experiences vary and dissatisfaction with subjective results is not grounds for a refund.
Replacements, Refunds & Store Credit
Where a claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, a refund, or store credit. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
Returns Process
Do not ship any item back without prior written authorization from us; unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. If a return is authorized, we will provide instructions. Unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping and safe packaging.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us first to resolve any issue. Filing a fraudulent chargeback while retaining the product may be treated as fraud and pursued accordingly.
